Purchasing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Responsibility for compliance with safety-related regulations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Implementation of planning on the construction site<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Project cost controlling and accounting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Conducting price negotiations with clients (investors, architects, project managers)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">and subcontractors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREREQUISITES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Master carpenter, wood technician, wood engineer (FH), possibly architect or construction technician, finishing technician or civil engineer (FH)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of VOB, English, Auto CAD and MS Office<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Experience with relevant construction software is an advantage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Independent, customer- and business-oriented thinking and acting and a structured, goal-oriented, independent way of working<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Willingness to travel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you interested?
