quality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Review of contract documents (plans, expert opinions, etc.) for completeness, economic optimization and alternative solutions and preparation of meaningful service specifications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Examination and evaluation of incoming offers from a technical and commercial point of view and compilation of all necessary tender orders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREREQUISITES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Successfully completed commercial training with a high level of technical interest, alternatively master carpenter, wood or construction technician, commercially and legally (VOB) very well versed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Interdisciplinary expertise, good knowledge of English, VOB, Auto
