conclusion of the contract<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Supplier management: building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure optimal conditions and quality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Review of contract documents (plans, expert opinions, etc.) for completeness, economic optimization and alternative solutions and preparation of meaningful service specifications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Examination and evaluation of incoming offers from a technical and commercial point of view and compilation of all necessary tender documents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Conducting contract award discussions with the subcontractors and commissioning the trades<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Permanent supplier control (costs, quality, reliability, competitiveness, added value) and maintenance of strategic partnerships<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Development, coordination and monitoring of the contract management system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Project cost controlling and accounting, checking guarantees and retentions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Invoice verification of installation partners and subcontractors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Comparison with site managers\/foremen\/project managers, if necessary on site<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Verification of contract-compliant invoicing of construction services (VOB\/C), target\/actual comparison for lump-sum orders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREREQUISITES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Successfully completed commercial training with a high level of technical interest, alternatively master carpenter, wood or construction technician, commercially and legally (VOB) very well versed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Interdisciplinary expertise, good knowledge of English, VOB, Auto CAD and MS Office<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">(Experience with relevant construction software an advantage)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">High service orientation, strong communication skills, confident demeanor and willingness to travel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Independent, customer- and business-oriented thinking and acting and a structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Desirable: several years of purchasing experience from an internationally operating company in a technical environment (preferably in the wood\/furniture
