One attraction richer
Not just interesting for tourists – new hotspot in Dingolfing
The “Adebar” hotel has been open to guests since December 5.
However, the hotel also offers something interesting for locals with the day bar on the first floor and the lounge bar on the fourth floor.
The latter has a terrace that offers a sensational view over the city of Dingolfing.
The name of the city hotel “Adebar” is no coincidence, but was chosen deliberately. On one hand, Dingolfing’s landmark, the “Storchenturm” (engl. stork tower), is located within sight of the hotel. On the other hand, the stork is also known as “Master Adebar” in fairy tales and legends and symbolizes openness to the world, but also flying out and returning.
Warm atmosphere
The hotel has 54 rooms with a total of 93 beds: 18 single rooms, 33 double rooms and three family rooms.
The family rooms have a separate room with bunk beds for the hotel’s youngest guests.
All rooms are also equipped with a kitchenette.
The rooms are decorated in warm colors.
If you take a closer look at the wallpaper in the hotel rooms, you can spot the Adebar, the stork, everywhere.
The hotel rooms are mainly furnished in light oak.
The day bar is located on the first floor and offers a rich breakfast buffet every day.
Breakfast is served to guests and visitors daily between 6 and 10 am.
From Sunday to Tuesday, the day bar is also open from 4 pm to 10 pm.
The menu will be expanded in the new year: Then, in addition to the breakfast buffet, small dishes will also be on the menu during the day.
Above the rooftops of Dingolfing
The small, yet refined lounge bar on the top floor not only serves cocktails but also offers an additional highlight: The adjoining terrace offers a sensational view over Dingolfing. And this is not just for the benefit of tourists and hotel guests, but also a place for the people of Dingolfing to come together, feel good and enjoy themselves.
The ambience of the cocktail bar stands out from the otherwise purist, light hotel concept: a darker design, discreetly placed lights and artistic details give the lounge a sophisticated and upscale touch. The bar on the fourth floor is open Thursdays to Saturdays from 6 p.m. to midnight. The city hotel also has a seminar room with space for 30 people.
The interior design of the Adebar on the first floor impresses with its concrete look. Clear lines, bright and in earthy tones, it exudes a warm atmosphere. “We wanted a visual mix of traditional and modern for the Adebar. The result is more than successful.” The “Bachhuber Contract” company from Bad Birnbach, which has already managed more than 900 national and international hotel projects, was in charge of the interior design. From the moment the idea for the city hotel was conceived, it was immensely important to the owners Martina and Bernhard Seeholzer that regional companies take on the complete implementation of the project. With the “Adebar”, they wanted to create a meeting place that is more than just a hotel for overnight stays.
