YOUR TASKS:

• Responsibility for implementing projects in line with costs, deadlines and quality standards

• Leading, technical and commercial project management

• Management of a project team

• Coordination of projects between customers, subcontractors, construction and production

• Monitoring and control of the construction site incl. Purchasing

• Responsibility for compliance with safety-related regulations

• Implementation of planning on the construction site

• Project cost controlling and accounting

• Conducting price negotiations with clients (investors, architects, project managers)

  and subcontractors

PREREQUISITES:

• Master carpenter, wood technician, wood engineer (FH), possibly architect or construction technician, finishing technician or civil engineer (FH)
• Knowledge of VOB, English, Auto CAD and MS Office

• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English

• Experience with relevant construction software is an advantage

• Independent, customer- and business-oriented thinking and acting and a structured, goal-oriented, independent way of working

• Willingness to travel
