YOUR TASKS:
-
Accounts receivable and dunning, financial and asset accounting
- Account assignment and posting of current business transactions
- Preparation of advance VAT returns
- Preparatory balance sheet work
- Account reconciliation and maintenance
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Guarantee requirements and administration
- Preparation of monthly payroll documents for the payroll office
- Creating statistics and reports
- Liquidity planning
- Invoicing
PREREQUISITES:
- Completed commercial training ideally with experience in accounting or tax clerk or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience
- Independent thinking and acting and a structured, goal-oriented and self-reliant way of working.

- National and international design projects in high-class hotels
